    提供国内外各类版权业务的咨询，提供完善的国内外版权信息交流平台。代理国内外图书、音像、电子出版物、广播、影视、音乐、美术作品及各类版权业务；为国内外出版机构提供版权服务；提供重大选题的策划方案；承办各类版权交流的展览展示，配合行政管理部门完善国内版权保护工作。

    BICC- The Beijing International Copyright Center, is committed to professional copyright exchange and the protection of intellectual property rights. With an experienced publishing and rights exchange staff, BICC was set up as a privately-owned business in the People's Republic of China. BICC enjoys the official approval and cooperation of the relevant government authorities.

    BICC will work closely with both domestic and international authors, publishers, and literary agents to foster the common goal toward improved communication, shared success, and increased profits.
